Quick question for you:
Are your systems actually set up to support your growth?
Because whether it’s in work, life, or business…
I see so many high-performers and entrepreneurs focused on:
• The next promotion
• The bigger house
• The fancier funnel
While their back-end?
A little… chaotic. 😵💫
And here’s the truth:
It’s often NOT that you’re not “capable” of the next level*…
It’s that, right now, you’re not set up to hold it.
Let’s take something simple:
That next promotion.
You’re ambitious (I see you 👀).
You want a seat at the table.
You’re ready to lead.
But behind the scenes…
If the way you work, plan, and manage your life is held together with duct tape…
Even if you get the opportunity… You won’t be able to sustain it. (Or, it will come with a butt-load of burnout.)
Because, as cliché as it sounds:
You have to become the person first… before you receive the thing.

It’s not just your systems… it’s your capacity
Let’s zoom out.
Say you want a million-dollar business.
But you’re still doing everything manually…

Your system (internally and externally) will quietly say:
“Not yet.”
I had this reflected back to me recently.
I applied for a side gig I was genuinely excited about.
I was confident.
My application progressed further than expected.
And then…
I didn’t get it.
What surprised me?
My immediate reaction was… relief. 😮💨
When I set my Ego aside (the part of me attached to the outcome), it became clear:
I wasn’t ready to hold it.
Not in this season.
And that’s when I could see clearly:
“Having is evidence of wanting.”
Even when that “want” is unconscious.

A question worth sitting with
So here’s my invitation to you:
Where in your life are you:
a) lacking the systems to support your growth?
b) unconsciously repelling what you say you want?
Because once you see it…
You can change it.
