Why is it that some people seem to see a goal, map it out in their mind, and bring it to life with clarity… 

while others sit staring at the same blank page, unsure where to even begin? 

 

This week, you’re going to discover the secret weapon to peak productivity that only the best in their field know how to leverage: your Achievement Archetype. 

 

Because just like an Olympic athlete doesn’t follow a one-size-fits-all training plan… 

your productivity strategy isn’t meant to be generic either. 

 

It’s meant to be tailored. 

 

To your energy. 

To your thinking patterns. 

To the way you naturally move through the world. 

 

And if you’ve ever tried to: 

 

Force motivation to magically appear 

ā€œSwitch offā€ and rest… while your mind keeps racing 

Think your way into clarity under pressure 

 

…then you’ve likely felt that internal resistance. The friction that’s generated by pushing ā€˜ish uphill when you work against your Achievement Archetype, rather than WITH it.

ā€œVik, I don’t even know what my Achievement Archetype isā€¦ā€ 

Don’t worry. I’ve got you. 

 

Not only am I about to reveal exactly what the Achievement Archetypes are… I will also help you identify yours in 2 minutes or less, so that you can finally leverage your productivity superpowers to your advantage. 

 

So, if you’ve ever felt like you’re constantly working harder but getting nowhere… let me take you on a quick journey… 

 


 

I’ve been fascinated by human behaviour for as long as I can remember. 

 

While I didn’t pursue psychology professionally, I found myself drawn into high-performance corporate environments: fast-paced, demanding, and relentless. 

 

And there was one pattern I couldn’t ignore. The way we approached productivity was completely disconnected from the person doing the work. 

 

We’d run personality assessments… Myers-Briggs, DISC, you name it. 

But when it came to actual performance? 

 

The expectation was always the same: 

ā€œDo more. Faster. With less.ā€ 

 

Except that advice was missing a critical piece of the puzzle. 

 

No nuance. 

No flexibility. 

No consideration for how DIFFERENTLY we’re wired. 

 

And that’s where everything started to unravel. 

 

Because the ā€œhowā€ matters just as much as the ā€œwhatā€. 

 

For example, I have a client who thrives on a carnivore diet.

Me? That would absolutely wreck my system. 

(We won’t go into details… but let’s just say my gut would NOT be impressed.) 

 

And productivity works the same way. 

 

What fuels one person’s performance… can completely block another’s. 

 

So, because I’m a sucker for all things productivity & organisation, I started experimenting, studying, and connecting the dots.  

And what I discovered became a cornerstone of everything I now teach: leveraging your Achievement Archetype is essential to working smarter, not harder. 

 

It’s about understanding your natural rhythms & quirks… and building your system around that.

 


 

Now, before you roll your eyes and think:  
ā€œWhatever, Vik. I’ve read all the productivity and time management books, and none of it has worked so far. How is *this* any different?ā€, let me chime in here. 

 

You’re right. None of it has worked so far, because most advice out there is generic, bland, and boring.  

It’s like saying, ā€œjust eat healthyā€. Yeah, no shit, Sherlock. 

 

But this is different, because this is about YOU. 

 

Your natural tendencies. 

Your default patterns. 

Your internal operating system. 

 

Think of it like your unique constitution. 

 

Once you understand it… everything starts to make sense. 

 


 

Here are the four most common Achievement Archetypes: 

 

šŸ† The Achiever 

Wired for results, but running on overdrive. Constantly under pressure and striving for the next thing (often at the cost of their health… and free time). 

 

šŸ¤” The Thinker 

Analytical. Insightful. But prone to overthinking and mental overload. 

 

šŸ«‚ The Giver 

Supportive. Reliable. The one everyone leans on… often leaving themselves depleted and totally overcommitted. 

 

šŸ The Initiator 

Creative. Visionary. Full of ideas… but craving structure and consistency. Motivation is their primary driver, which quickly runs out before they move onto the next thing. 

 

As you read these… you might notice yourself nodding, or hearing a quiet voice say, ā€œthat’s so meā€¦ā€ You might even see parts of yourself in more than one. 

 

That’s normal. 

But usually… one stands out.
