Resonance – Episode 73
Verbatim Transcript
Speaker: Viktoria Levenberg
It really shocks me that no one is talking about this. Cycles apply to all of nature. You're a
nature. I want you to dust yourself off and remember that your body is literally creating life.
We simply have been misinformed and miseducated as to what to do at the right time.
We're just expecting to be constantly in this peak male-dominated energy, cause you can't
improve something that you don't measure.
I wish all men knew this. I wish all human beings knew this.
Can you imagine how much more peaceful, calm and free your days would feel if you knew
how to feed your body, mind and spirit what they actually need at the right time? Because in
today's episode, you're gonna walk away with exactly that.
You are going to hear about the cycle-synced planning tips that I integrate into my own
relationship with food, with my mind, with my body, with my spirit, so that you can feel like
your best self no matter where you are in your cycle.
Let's begin.
Welcome to Resonance, the podcast for high performers and entrepreneurs who want to
do life, work and success differently. I am your host, Viktoria Levenberg, and I'm obsessed
with efficiency, productivity and planning in a way that harnesses your energy and your
natural rhythms, while keeping you in alignment and integrity. Because I have figured out
that lasting success is not about the hustle. It is about being in resonance.
Let's begin.
Now, it really shocks me that no one is talking about this, but I realised that actually not
many people know about this yet. And still, as a cycling female, your body and your
hormones and the way that your reproductive system works is arguably one of the most
intelligent ancient technologies out there, which can literally create the biggest miracle in
the history of this planet, IE life.
And so it feels really appropriate to also be recording this episode as I literally just started
my cycle just before recording these podcast episodes, which I just think is so poetic. For
some reason, there's just some kind of divine alignment between when I batch my podcast
episodes and my menstrual cycle beginning, and I think that is so special.
And so with that in mind, if I am sounding a little bit calmer and grounded and inward and
intuitive, just know that that is my energy being reflective of where I'm at in my cycle, and
more on that in just a moment.
But without further ado, in a nutshell, by the end of this episode you will know exactly how
to feed your body, your mind and your spirit in alignment with the cyclical rhythms that run
your body, so that you can feel more energised, calm and present on an average Tuesday
afternoon than ever before.
And hear me up, even if you do not have a regular cycle, or you are on hormonal
contraception, or you are peri or postmenopausal, or you are male, there are still ways that
this applies to you. So just keep listening, because even if you have a cycling woman in your
life, you learning this information and you sharing this podcast with her is gonna be an
absolute game changer.
Let's begin.
So cycles are no news around this Nick of the wood. If you've been listening to the podcast
for a little while, you'll know that we've been speaking about the cycles of success on
previous episodes, and mostly kind of with the relation and focus to productivity and
planning and project management, etcetera.
I will link up, I'm pretty sure it's Episode 69, in the show notes below for this one, um, if you
kind of want to nerd out on that side of the thing, of the topic, of the thing. Wow, that was
very professional, Viktoria. Um, but what I realised, like especially as a health coach, you
know, something someone who is incredibly passionate about health and well-being, um,
it kind of struck me that we haven't really spoken much about the key ingredient that is also
really influenced by the cycle, and that is you.
And by you, of course, you know, your body, your mind, your spirit. There's so much that
encompasses you. And I think we can all agree that as a human being with a beating heart,
so assuming it's not some AI bot listening to this podcast, you are a human. You are alive.
You are a 3D organism with cells and stardust and all the magic that we are made out of.
You are nature. You are a piece of nature. You are literally an amalgamation of, um,
elements like water and carbon and oxygen and all these amazing things.
And we can also agree that cycles apply to all of nature. So as you look at the seasons, as
you look at the way that a tree goes through a cycle, a butterfly, any life cycle, it applies to
all of nature. And so they also apply to you.
And this is why I said earlier on that even if you don't have a regular cycle, um, while today's
episode will be heavily leaning towards, like, cycling women, there are still, like, elements
and trends and patterns that apply to you, even if you don't have a cycle, even if you don't
regularly bleed, even if you're peri- or postmenopausal, or have had a hysterectomy, or are
on hormonal birth control, or are male. Like, these trends are very similar.
Um, and it just means that if you personally aren't cycling, it just actually emphasises even
more the importance of understanding your own energy rhythms and knowing where you
are in your cycles of success, so that you can apply some of these theories into your life,
into your work, into, of course, your productivity, but also your food, mind and, um, body
patterns.
So you are nature. Cycles apply to nature. They apply to you. And it is really such a simple
tool that I'm, like, trying to distil to you as much as I can in 6th-grade language, so that you
can meet your body where you're at.
And so, as I've alluded to before we dive in, you know, just those of you who are like, "I don't
know where I'm at in my cycle," or, "It's, like, irregular," or, "I'm a man. What do I do?" Um,
just know that this is part of the reason why I created my energy tracker.
Like, it's something that I use personally. It's the first thing that my clients do. You'll hear me
speak about it at the end of the podcast episode, but if you're, like, a super eager beaver
and you wanna go grab your free link now, it is in the show notes, and you can also head to
viktorialevenberg.com/energy. Um, you can use that for absolutely free. It is my little gift to
you.
That is kind of the first piece that's gonna help you understand your unique energy rhythms
and where you are in the cycles of success, so that as I distill some of this kind of 3D body
information here, you can listen with an ear of how this applies to you.
Now, of course, if you are a cycling female, then a lot of this will apply to you, which is really
awesome.
And I will also just put, like, a big disclaimer and caveat out there, is that, um, you are an
individual. You are unique. You are special. And one woman's food is another woman's
poison.
So listen to this with an ear of discernment. Listen to this with an ear of, "What trends have I
observed in my life?" Or, like, "Okay, I'm gonna look out for this and see if this applies to me
as well."
Because beyond anything I say, or anyone else says, or any research says, you gotta listen
to your body. Your body is your wisest advisor. And so I will always say that, like, whatever
your personal experience is always trumps anything that I say here.
So with that in mind, let's dive into a bit of a recap of cycles.
So you would have heard me speak about seasons just before. And so, um, I'm gonna use
those as our anchor as we dive into some of these themes.
And we here in New Zealand have just come out of winter, which is so exciting because we
are in spring. You know, that's, like, new life is flourishing after the death and decay and
quietness of the winter season.
And after spring, as things kind of start to rise up and flourish, we come into summer, right?
That's kind of that peak heat, energy, visibility. Everyone's out and about and doing all the
summary fun stuff before we turn into autumn or fall, wherever you are, depending on what
you call it, where the leaves again start to fall and people go inwards. The temperature is
getting colder.
And so this is kind of a really great anchor for you for cycles, like viewing them as seasons,
because it's such a global phenomenon that I think we can all relate to.
And if you listened to my previous episode a couple weeks ago, um, where I dove into the
cycles of success with, like, work and productivity and business, which if you haven't
already, I highly recommend adding that to your playlist. Um, it's incredible.
And, like, a brief recap of those is that the integrate phase is kind of the equivalent of your
winter energy. The initiate is the equivalent of your spring energy. The accelerate phase is
equivalent to your summer energy. And the refine phase is the equivalent to your autumn
energy.
If all of this just went over your head, go and listen to Episode 69 after you finish listening to
this one, and it'll all come back to you.
But here today, we are focusing on the female reproductive cycle, which if you haven't
heard me speak about it before, um, the way that I speak of it, the way that I teach it, the
way that I view it, is in the four phases of the menstrual phase, the follicular phase, the
ovulation and the luteal phase.
So I will dive into each one of these in a little bit more depth in just a moment. And, um, I
am speaking to mostly cycling females here, because there is an added level of impact to
the female body, to your actual physiology, that happens with the hormonal shifts and
changes which occur during a woman's cycle. Um, and while, yes, I will stand by the fact
that, you know, these trends apply to everyone, and that's why you use the energy tracker
and know your unique energy rhythms, if you're a cycling female, this is gonna affect you,
like, times 1,000, because, like, the body keeps the score. The body doesn't lie. And it is so
much more pronounced.
So let's begin with that first phase, which is the menstrual phase. Um, it's funny because,
as I mentioned just before, my menstrual phase, day one, new cycle, literally just begun for
me just before recording this podcast episode. And that is the equivalent of the winter
energy.
So what's actually happening in your body is that, well, it's day one of your bleed, right? So
you will begin to menstruate. And what's occurring is that you are shedding the uterine
lining.
So we'll speak about that a little bit more when we get to the luteal phase. But what's been
happening just before the menstrual phase is your body was preparing for pregnancy. It
was building the wall of your uterus in order to house a baby. And then baby wasn't there,
so the body's like, "Oh, okay. Well, we've got to let go of this one and repeat the process all
over again."
And what's happening for you in terms of your hormones and energy levels, like to put it in
really plain English, is that they're at their lowest.
So with that context in mind, what does that mean for your food, your body, your mind?
First of all, food-wise, um, I just think that's, like, such an easy, tangible one for us to look at
and, and, um, implement and kind of shift and change how we relate to it.
You are likely gonna be much hungrier than usual.
You will crave and really respond well to warmer foods, things that are easier to digest, so
things that aren't gonna take as much energy from your body to work through.
Because you are losing blood, um, red meats, you know, iron is gonna be amazing this time.
Also antioxidants, potassium, so things like berries, bananas. Um, you will crave chocolate.
Um, if you can, I highly recommend going for, like, pure cocoa, 80% plus or more.
And if you're craving salty foods, it might be because your body's trying to balance its
electrolyte levels. So you, I highly recommend, um, either drinking coconut water or sugar-
free electrolytes. Personally, I use the brand called LMNT. You actually, it's like LMNT, and
they have, like, a zero-sugar range, which is amazing. Uh, you can't get it in New Zealand. I
always bring it in from the US, but it is amazing. It's like my go to, and I've just stockpiled on,
like, a whole bunch of them.
Um, instead of processed carbs, try things like sweet potato, um, pumpkin, these sort of
things. And yeah, warm cooked foods will be much easier to digest rather than, like, things
that are quite hard to chew and digest. So, um, those are the things that will really support
and nurture your body and what's happening for you physically in this phase of your cycle.
And you also don't want to be fasting, um, for too long or at all if you don't usually fast. So
no extended fasting because, again, your body is at its lowest energy already. It's already
using up its reserves. You don't want to be pushing it any further than it's already needing
to.
Um, and then moving into kind of your mind space. So it's very likely, which is probably
something that you can hear in my voice right now, that you will feel much more grounded,
much more calm, much more present when you're menstruating.
And what happens, and I love this, like, this is something that used to be done back in the
ancient days when, when women and priestesses would gather in circle and, and now the
patriarchy has changed the narrative to, like, oh, we were dirty and sent away while we were
bleeding. But actually, if you dig deep enough and, like, hear it from the actual source, what
was happening is that women were revered as, like, these sacred beings and the ability to
create life.
Menstruation was this beautiful ceremonial act of new life emerging, and people knew that
women were at their most intuitive while they were bleeding. So they would go away and sit
in circle and in quiet and, and reflect and, and the medicine women would receive divine
guidance and wisdom and, and just perform these incredible ancient rites and rituals.
And so, you know, I just think that you get to own that as a female and just know that, yeah,
this time in, in your cycle, you will benefit from heightened intuition. You will be really good
at being able to take a step back and reflect, making decisions, tuning inwards and
listening to your body and what's true for you.
And it is also really, really important as we shift into the body phase to just, like, give
yourself permission to take it easy, to rest, to relax, because as I mentioned, your energy is
at its lowest.
I, I know that this is coming. Like, I know always, like, Day 2 of my cycle, it just, like, hits me
like a bus. And I always tell my partner, like, oh, oh my god, I know I tell this to you every
month, but oh my god, I keep forgetting how exhausted I feel on Day 2 and 3 of my cycle.
And it's true. It's just, like, takes everything from you to shed that uterine lining.
Um, so just know that in terms of your body and movement, rest is gonna trump everything.
Um, slow movement is great, like gentle walks. A gentle workout is okay, maybe yoga or,
like, a Pilates, like a gentle Pilates flow or a gentle reformer flow. Um, but, like, rest and
relaxation is sort of the, the theme here and the name of the game.
And then after you finish bleeding, you enter the second phase of your cycle, which
technically, like, scientifically speaking, I'm not gonna get too technical here. So, like, if any
of you are experts in the space and you're like, well, technically this is already part of the—
we're, we're talking sixth-grade language here, okay? So I'm just gonna keep things easy.
And after you start bleeding, the next, um, kind of phase is your spring phase, your follicular
phase. This energy and what's happening—so your follicular phase lasts from when you
stop bleeding up until ovulation.
And what's happening in this time is that your body is preparing for ovulation. Um, so your
hormone levels, such as estrogen, are gonna rise, and with that your energy levels are
gonna rise as well. It's kind of that time where, um, you might feel like, oh my God, I'm
finally starting to feel like myself again, got energy again. That fatigue starts to go away.
And really great ways to support your body to function at its best here, from a food
perspective, it's think, like, fresh and balanced. So this is a really great time to, um, get
some high-quality proteins into you, like lean proteins. Think chicken, Turkey, um, quinoa,
some high-quality fats like avocados, maybe some green Greek yoghurt, um, leafy
vegetables, nuts, seeds. Just, like, really balanced meals, wholesome foods.
And if you are someone who wants to or enjoys intermittent fasting or longer fasts, you like
to do things like cleanses and detoxes, follicular phase is the time to do it. Um, please do
not ever, like, take a moment now, even if you're driving, put one hand on your heart, hand
up in the air. I'm just kidding. Be safe to please don't put yourself in danger. But, like, I
solemnly swear to not fast when I am in my luteal phase or menstruating.
It's literally, like, the worst thing you can do. If you do wanna fast, do it in your follicular
phase. Again, I am not the expert in the field. However, I practice this in my own life. I've
been doing it for about a year now, and I followed Doctor Mindy Pelts's strategies. She wrote
a book about it called fast Like a girl. She's got a whole community about it. She is amazing.
Go read that book and you will love it. Um, and that'll dive into a lot of what we're talking
about here today as well.
So that's kind of it on the food and nutrition side. And then from a mind perspective, um,
you're gonna notice your mood start to increase. So you're probably gonna feel, again, like I
said, like more like yourself, a little bit happier, chipper. It's kind of that time to bloom. You
know, it's sort of that spring energy, like flowers opening up and birds chirping in the
background.
And body-wise, and I've said this before, your energy is rising. So if we think about, like,
supporting your body in terms of, you know, movement, etcetera, it's a great time to get
back into strength training, maybe some moderate cardio, um, Pilates, kind of intensifying
that, intensifying your yoga, your reformer, swimming. And those full-body workouts are
gonna be really, really great for you.
Um, and then after the follicular phase, we come into what we call the ovulation window.
And think of the ovulation window as your summer energy.
So what's actually happening in your body at that time is that your magical ovaries are
releasing an egg. That is technically the only time where you can actually conceive and
have a baby and get pregnant. Um, but again, I'm, I'm not a doctor, so I'm just gonna leave it
at that.
But, um, that's what's going on. So your body is releasing an egg for fertilisation. Your
hormones, such as estrogen and testosterone and everything else, is just, like, a whole
party. They are at their peak. Your energy is at its peak. Think Beyonce energy. Think big girl
freaking stage presence energy.
And that is the time where, like, you might feel unstoppable, and you're like, oh my God,
everyone's complimenting me. I feel like I'm glowing. I just, I'm super productive. It is, like,
it's a really fun phase to be in.
Um, and so in terms of nurturing yourself the best way during this phase, from a food
perspective, is healthy fats. Super important. Um, so again, like, think your avocados, your
olive oils, nuts and seeds, antioxidants, so, like, berries, etcetera, whole grains and
probiotics. So think, like, sauerkraut, etcetera.
And you don't want to be fasting during your ovulation window because, um, you don't want
to be taking away energy from kind of the, the egg release that is happening in that time. So,
like, you, because the thing is, like, if you think about fasting, it is putting the body under
stress, and that's the last thing that you want to be doing when it's basically trying to
procreate and create life.
And so on that note, in terms of your mind and, like, things to expect from a mental health
perspective around this phase is you're just gonna feel like your best self. Like, and chances
are you're gonna wanna do all the socialising, do all the things that you love, be super
outgoing. You're probably gonna be more communicative.
You're probably going to be more attractive to the other gender because what happens is
that your body releases pheromones and you're glowing and, and it's kind of your body
telling males and mates that you are ready for fertilisation. It's a really weird way to put it,
but that's basically what's happening.
Um, and then from a body perspective, as I mentioned, you are at your peak energy. So it's
highly likely that this phase is where you will, like, hit your personal best at the gym or be
able to push your workouts that little bit further than you generally were.
And it's just so funny because, you know, I've been, like, tracking my cycle for years now,
and even though I've had some times when it's been, like, really irregular and weird things
were happening, because I've nerded out so much on, on these things and I pay attention
to my energy so closely through all the tracking and the planning that I do, and it's like I'm
like, oh, I'm pretty sure that I just ovulated, or, like, that I'm ovulating right now.
It's like I'm like, I'm strong as fuck at the gym. I'm like, uh, super productive. I just recorded,
like, two weeks worth of social content. I want a pounce on my partner. You know, it's just,
like, all these things, um, are, are happening. I'm like, I'm pretty sure we're ovulating.
Um, so that's a little fun fact for you.
And then from a, um, kind of exercise standpoint, like, as I mentioned, strength training,
you can push yourself harder. Um, some, like, you can push yourself harder on the cardio,
strength, Pilates, dynamic yoga, you know, strength reformer.
All these kind of things are great.
And then after ovulation, you come into the back half of your cycle, which is your luteal
phase, which is also the longest part of the cycle for most women. That is kind of
corresponding to that autumn type energy.
And what's happening here is that your body is preparing your uterine lining, your uterus, for
a baby. So it is basically building a home for a little fetus, is kind of the easiest way to put it.
And because your body doesn't know that you haven't been fertilised yet, right? Like, it's
just release the eggs and it's like, alright everybody, we are about to welcome a new human
being into this space, so let's make sure everything is organised and plushie and
scrumptious and we can actually make this thing survive and exist in this world.
And so there's so much that goes on into this process, um, and there's this magical
hormone called progesterone that rises in this phase. And at the same time, your energy
levels start to drop because a lot of your energy is going into building the uterine lining in
your body. Um, it is magic, honestly, what happens in the female body.
And if you have ever had anyone shame you for being Moody or eating too much or, oh my
God, being so PMSy, or it's like, oh my God, are you on your period? I want you to dust
yourself off and remember that your body is literally creating life. It is the most divine,
amazing thing that it could do in this lifetime. And anyone who's got anything to say about
that can go talk it out with their therapist.
I am here to go and give you a little bit of insight as to how you can best, um, support your
body, mind and spirit as you are in this phase.
So from a food perspective, um, you really want to lean on your progesterone-friendly
foods. Now again, I could totally nerd out on this again. Really, like, well, I'll just point you in
the direction of Dr. Mindy Pelz because she is an absolute star in this space. Um, but think
things like, um, sweet potato, kumara, um, chickpeas or beans like hummus, um, healthy
fats like salmon. There's just these foods that really feed the, the progesterone just loves,
and it's gonna help you thrive.
And just know that you will be extra hungry. Like, my personal experience is that I'm actually
more hungry in my luteal phase than I am in my menstrual phase, and that is totally normal.
Like, oh my gosh, bless my partner. I hope I'm not throwing him under the bus here, but just
last week as I was like, OK, I'm in my luteal phase, I'm freaking hungry. I just finished a
detox. So he's gone from, like, seeing me fast for 36 hours and be really, um, selective with
what and when I eat because I was doing, like, my annual spring cleanse, to all of a sudden
just, like, ingesting everything humanly possible in my sight.
And he's like, it's just so funny. I was like, what? Just watching you turn into a little hungry
caterpillar every month. Hahaha.
And I thought, oh my gosh, bless, because it's also, like, so special that, you know, him
being a Gen Xer, I've, like, drilled the cycles and what it means for me and my body and,
like, our relationship and how I show up and all these things into his mind so much that,
like, he understands them now. And, and he just finds it so humorous because he's just still
seeing it and witnessing it in real time.
And, and this is why I said earlier that, like, even if you are a man listening to this podcast
episode right now, like, just the wisdom that you're gonna gain and the appreciation and
understanding for your partner and the magic that's happening in her body is, like, I wish all
men knew this. I wish all human beings knew this.
And, um, so I digress slightly. But yes, you will be extra hungry, um, and you also wanna
hydrate well with electrolytes or coconut water because I'll get to that in just a moment, but
your body temperature is gonna rise. And so you wanna make sure that you are replacing
your electrolyte stores. You might be sweaty, all these things.
Um, now moving into mind. So this is where you are likely gonna experience different mood
fluctuations. Um, you're probably gonna be extra sensitive to stress. You're probably gonna
be extra easily agitated, emotional, um, cry easily and then get over it, get angry easily and
then go over it. All of this is super normal. That's kind of what happens in the ludic phase.
Um, it is a really great time for you to take note of what's not working in your life, of, like, the
things that are really pissing you off. There was a time in my life where I had a luteal list.
Um, don't act on them yet, but then use the menstrual phase that comes later to kind of
reflect on them and, and decide on what the right next step is.
Um, and just from a mind mental health perspective, a quick note on stress. Stress
unfortunately kills progesterone. So even though in a healthy female reproductive system
progesterone rises in the luteal phase, if you are running on empty, you are not feeding your
body well, you are not sleeping enough, you are not moving your body, you are exhausted,
you are under increased stress at work, um, you have, you know, you kind of can't fall
asleep without thinking of all the 30 million things that you need to do tomorrow, and
there's just, like, a lot of stressors happening at the moment, chances are that you ain't
gonna have a lot of progesterone coming in during the luteal phase.
And that is where a lot of kind of hormone imbalances start to show up. That's where things
like PCOS or, um, like irregular cycles or even just completely missed cycles, really intense
pains and cramps, and all these different things start to come in because stress really
messes with progesterone, especially kind of in that luteal phase.
So it is extra, extra, extra important to have really solid stress management techniques in
place, um, particularly during this phase of your cycle because otherwise it can have
bigger, more detrimental effects than you probably even realise.
And from a body standpoint, I've kind of alluded to this before, but your base body
temperature will rise in the luteal phase. I didn't believe this until I started tracking it myself
with my Oura Ring, which I've been doing consistently for, like, 3 years straight now. And the
cycle is clear. The trend is so cool. Like, as someone who nerds out on things like data and
insights, I love it so much.
And the thing is that your body temperature is rising because your metabolism is rising.
Your body is using more energy. That's why you're hungrier, because it literally takes more
calories for your body to function.
And so with that in mind, when it comes to things like movement, etcetera, just know that
your energy is decreasing in this phase, and so you might want to take it a little bit easier on
you. Like, if it's gentle cardio or stretches, yoga, mobility training, long walks, rest. I
personally enjoy, like, a gentle reformer flow as well.
Um, but just really listen to your body. That's not to say that, you know, like, you could also
hit your PB in your luteal phase. Like I've mentioned this at the start of the podcast episode,
that, like, everybody is different, and that's why it's so important for you to track this for
yourself so that you get to learn how it shows up in your unique system.
But these are kind of the overarching trends that I see or that I have witnessed myself.
And so with that in mind, I know that I just threw, like, a lot of information at you, so just
know that you don't need to remember all of this, um, nor do you need to implement it all
overnight. It's just something that I wish that we were all taught in life skills class, like when
we were all going through puberty. And it really does shock me that it is still not taught to
this day.
And so if you are feeling overwhelmed, if you don't even know where to begin, my No. 1
recommendation is just by starting to track your energy and your cycle. If you don't have a
regular cycle or you don't have a cycle at all, just start by tracking your energy, cause you
can't improve something that you don't measure. And this is the very first starting point.
Like, my high-ticket clients start with this as well.
And then from there, once you know where you are over time, you can refer to this and use
it to help you support your body, your mind and spirit in the best way at the right time.
And, like, you know, the best way to show you a real-life example of this is that if you've ever
felt like you were hyper-productive one week and you got so much done and it was just,
like, the best week in the history of the world, and then another week you could barely, like,
get through the 50 emails in your inbox, it's totally normal.
Um, we live in a patriarchy, let's be honest. We live in a male-dominated world, um, which
means that most of it is designed to fit around how a male hormonal cycle works and how a
male thinks and lives and operates. But the reality is, like, as a cycling female, your body
simply works differently.
Um, and even males and non-cycling females, your bodies also have their own unique
energy rhythms and fluctuations. No one's teaching us how to read and understand them,
let alone use them to get more done and freaking have a better life.
So here you go. These are the cycle-synced planning tips that I personally integrate into my
relationship with food, my mind and my mental health, my body, so that you too can feel
like your best self no matter where you are in your cycle.
I think it's about time that we stop demonising the PMS luteal phase and, like, the bleed
and menstrual phase, and just appreciate that they, first of all, are acts of magic and
freaking divine life force energy, and secondly, that we simply have been misinformed and
miseducated as to what to do at the right time. We're just expecting to be constantly in this
peak male-dominated energy, and it's just not how it works.
So, um, yeah, thank you so much for listening to this episode. I hope that you have found
value in this. And if you are ready to, to start to implement this into your own life as well and
get closer to understanding your own energy rhythms and patterns, make sure that you
grab your free access to that energy tracker now. You're gonna hear me speak about it in a
little bit more in just a second.
And if you haven't already, download it. It is so cool. I've poured so much love and effort
into this, and I hope that you get just as much value from it as I do and my clients. Bye for
now.
If you've ever felt like you've been running on empty and running out of time, I've got
something just for you. The first step to getting your time and energy back is actually
knowing what your unique energy rhythms look like and understanding how they influence
the way that you show up every single day, both in your work life and business.
Now I have designed an interactive energy tracker that you can use on your device to not
just identify your unique personal energy rhythms, but also walk away with actionable
productivity strategies that work with your unique needs. This is completely tailored to you,
your specific trends, your specific rhythms.
Now this is literally the very first thing that my high-level clients do when we begin our work
together, and it's been an absolute game changer both for them and in my personal life.
Like, speaking from experience, this is what started the skyrocketing of my own efficiency
and performance.
And I cannot believe that I'm doing this, but I'm gonna give this away to you for absolutely
free. Simply head to the link in the show notes below or head to
viktorialevenberg.com/energy to get your digital energy tracker now.
