Resonance – Episode 69
Verbatim Transcript
Speaker: Viktoria Levenberg
There is a cycle for everything. I don't know what's next, and that can feel really damn scary. The
cycles of success are the secret. Once I learned this, everything changed in my work, life and
business. It makes life so much easier, easier and so much enjoyable. Your potential becomes
limitless. How does this work?
How much more could you get done in a day, a week, a month, if you knew exactly what to
schedule at the right time based on the energetic demands of the assignment and your body,
mind, spirit, the earth and the universe at large?
You see, I am gonna teach you this week about the cycles of success, what it is, why it matters to
achieve success in your career and business and ineffectiveness. In today's episode, you are
gonna learn about the signature framework that has literally enabled me and my clients to
achieve more in less time so that you can boost your productivity and feel freaking fabulous at
the same time. Let's dive in.
Welcome to Resonance, the podcast for high performers and entrepreneurs who want to do life,
work and success differently. I am your host, Viktoria Levenberg, and I'm obsessed with efficiency,
productivity and planning in a way that harnesses your energy and your natural rhythms while
keeping you in alignment and integrity. Because I have figured out that lasting success is not
about the hustle. It is about being in resonance. Let's begin.
So what inspired this week's episode is that at the time of this episode recording and airing, I am
in a transitional time in one of my major personal cycles of success in my life. Now obviously, I'm
about to teach you on these, so you know, bear with me, um, but this specific one that I'm
speaking to is a little bit more of an advanced teaching. It's called yantras. It's, it's from kind of
like the yogis and and and Hinduism, but man, does it work. It is wild. Blows my mind every single
time how accurate it is.
And it's so cool because it works for everyone. We've all got our individual cycles, and when you
learn what these are, you understand how to identify them, how to plan for them, how to spot
them, and also the right things to do at the right times. And you embrace that. You honor it
rather than resisting it. You do what's needed, what is appropriate for that right phase in that
cycle. It makes life so much easier and so much enjoyable.
And so, in a nutshell, the cycles of success are the secret that I use to skyrocket my productivity.
Like, once I learned this, everything changed in my work, life and business. My results
skyrocketed. I achieved more than like you would think is humanly possible in such a short
amount of time. And it wasn't just productivity and efficiency. It was also joy and fulfillment,
because what I did is I stopped working harder and going against the grain of life. Rather, I
pivoted and just went with the flow.
And I'm sure you can think of like, if you're swimming in a river and you're going against the tide,
it's like really freaking hard. That's what you're doing when you're ignoring these cycles of
success. But when you've got the tailwind and you're just, you're being propelled forward, like
that's what I'm talking about here.
And so by the end of this episode, you will know exactly how to leverage the cycles of success in
your work, life and business so that you too can achieve more and less time and have more
energy, joy and fulfilment than ever before. So let's begin.
Now, before I talk about the cycles of success, we just need to get something really clear, because
some of you might be new to my world. Maybe you've been around for a while, but it's always
helpful to hear things from a different perspective, in a different angle. And so what you need to
understand is the difference between linear and nonlinear productivity, because you'll hear me
talk a lot about like the ineffectiveness of traditional productivity advice and how we do things
differently around here. And like, wait, what is she talking about?
So traditional productivity, which is unfortunately most of what you see out there, it's most of the
books, most of the apps, most of the hacks, most of the stuff on YouTube, is all like your linear
traditional productivity advice. And what that is, is it's telling you that in order to get more results
and get more output, you've got to put in more time or effort, right? So it's sort of you're trading
your time for dollars, you're trading your energy for dollars, and it's this constant. That's why it
feels like you're on the hamster wheel, because it's just more for more for more for more.
And while this works in for some males, and you know, we live in a patriarchy, let's be real, this is
why our world operates the way it does right now, it has a limit. There's a ceiling to what's
possible, because there's only so much time and effort and energy that you have in a day.
And what becomes available to you when you subscribe to nonlinear productivity, which is what I
teach, preach and live by, all of a sudden like your potential becomes limitless. Because this
works with the body. This works in line with nature's rhythms. This works with how the universe
is designed to operate. And OMG, your results skyrocket. The graph is literally exponential
because all of a sudden you collapse time. You steward your resources like a pro, and you get
more done in less time.
This is where you begin to bend life and time to your will, and it is possible. Look at any
successful, high-achieving, top notch person you look up to out there. They crack the code, and
you get to do that as well.
And you know, before we dive in as well, I just want to speak to like, yeah, traditional productivity
had a time and a place, and it was really great in the industrial era where we were mostly just like
farming and and factory workers, and it really was a matter of input and output. But like now
we're in the era of AI. This is gonna require something completely different of you. This is gonna
require you to think differently, to operate differently, to be more effective and responsible with
where you place your time, energy and attention. That is your greatest currency. That is your
greatest asset.
And just like in anything in life, you know, we've got a balance, the harmony and the dynamics.
We've got the kind of polarities of the masculine and the feminine happening here with
traditional versus nonlinear. We've got the Shiva and Shakti, if you're into kind of the yogi sense
of the world, or the Yin and the Yang. It's always there. It's one of those universal principles.
So just know that it's gonna ebb and flow. And as always with Resonance, take what leaves, leave
what doesn't. But I just wanted to give you this kind of preliminary taster of where the cycles of
success were born from and why they're so important, because they facilitate exponential results
for you.
And I teach so much of this in my signature program, Efficiency Made Easy. Today's episode is the
intention to give you a whistle-stop tour of like a 1:1 overview, to help you see that there is a
different way for you to work and live. There is a better way where you don't need to be trading
your time, your energy, your life for success. One that does not require you to sacrifice your
health for your results. One that does not require you to sacrifice your time with your family for
the promotion. There is a different way. There is a better way. Let me be your way shower here.
So how does this work? The cycles of success I divide into four phases, not because I said so, but
because the universe said so. And you're gonna see what I mean in just a moment. But I'm gonna
give you kind of the names of them, and then we're gonna dive into this in just a moment.
So the first one is phase 1, as I like to call it, is integrate. Then phase 2 is initiate. Phase 3 is
accelerate, and phase 4 is refine.
And you might be like, wait, what? It doesn't make any sense. So I'm gonna give you some similar
comparisons of energetic things in nature, in your body, in life, that are gonna start to show you
the patterns of where these cycles of success show up in your life, work and business.
So if we think about integration, right, think of this as like the winter season, the dark new moon.
If you are a cycling female, that's sort of like your menstrual energy. This is the time for
integrating and going inward and being in a time of reflection and just stillness, quiet, cold,
hibernation, rest, restoration.
And then after honouring this phase of integration, you emerge into initiate. That's when it's like,
okay, I have recouped. The mycelial networks beneath the surface of the planet are ready for the
new shoots to we're out again, and we're in springtime. This is sort of your waning—no, not
waning—this is your waxing moon. If you're a female, this is your follicular phase energy. This is
where like life force starts to come to fruition. There's new life. There's more light. There is that
sense of excitement and possibility and courage and curiosity.
Which then brings me to the third phase, which is accelerate. And as you can imagine, as the
name suggests, this is like your peak summer vibe energy. We're talking like full moon lit up
across the sky. If you are a female and you're cycling, this is like your ovulation, where you are
just at your peak. You are vibrant and communicative, and you have so much power.
And then naturally, what comes after is the refined phase. This is kind of your autumn energy.
This is your waning moon. Things are getting darker. Things are going inward again. If you're a
cycling female, this is like your luteal phase energy, where all of a sudden you are just a little bit
more tired. You need a little bit more time to yourself. You wanna clear up the admin and and
tuck away like a little squirrel, tuck away the little nuts and bolts into the tree, etcetera.
And so these four cycles of success are evident across all of life. I mean, I've just given you
examples in the seasons, the lunar phases, the cycling female's body. You can see it in a day.
You've got, you know, the night time, the morning, the midday, the afternoon.
You can see it in the gestation period of like a Newborn. You've got the first trimester, you've got
the second, the third, and then most people don't talk about the fourth trimester, that some
people joke about that it lasts 18 years until the child actually grows up. But they are everywhere.
And there is much more like advanced teachings, if you want to nerd out with me, on like
Chinese astrology and Mayan calendars and like the zodiacs and Hinduism and yogic practices.
Like they are literally evident everywhere.
Again, if you read the Kybalion, which I spoke to a few weeks ago, it also speaks to this truth.
The—it's the law of rhythm. It is the law of polarity. It truly is everywhere. We—there's no going
back from it.
Life, the sun has a cycle. I think it's like 12 years from memory of achieving like peak solar power
and then down to its low, and and it continues to go in the cycles. The universe has a cycle. Like
there is a cycle for everything.
And there is also a cycle for your work, life and business projects. And this is where the magic
comes in. And this is like really a lot of the bread and butter that I teach inside Efficiency Made
Easy, because once you start to spot these cycles and like, of course, some of them are more
universal than others. You know, like things like the season, depending on where you live, are
gonna impact more of the population, and as well as the moon versus, let's say, if like you're
cycling female or you have other energetic rhythms.
Because we all have our own energy rhythms. It doesn't matter if you are male or non-cycling or
non-binary. Like you have your own energetic rhythms that you need to learn to track so that you
can tailor your productivity strategy, your systems, your plans to meet yourself where you are.
And so, to speak to kind of the project piece, so I learned this from my financial coach and
mentor. Like this isn't even her core body of work, but I just—it's—it was the missing link for me
in in my strategy. And then like I just took it, ran with it, and like blew it up to a whole new level.
But basically, the energy of integration, or as she calls it, the fertile void, that is where the idea is
there. You know, something's emerging, but it's not quite there yet. So you're not acting on it.
You're just letting yourself integrate. And I'll give you some specific examples, like from my life in
real time, as we speak to this.
We then have the initiate phase, right, which is where things are like emerging. You're beginning
to work on something. You're beginning to implement a project. Maybe you're ideating, you're
planning, you're brainstorming. It's sort of like starting to come to life.
And then you get into the accelerate. This is where everything's like super visible. You're in full
swing. You're doing the whole shebang. Things are coming together. You are out there. You are
being seen. You're delivering the thing.
Which brings you to refining and culmination. This is where you're wrapping things up, tying it
into a bow, closing out the last-minute admin, doing the debriefs, whatever it is.
And the problem in life, work, corporate, business, entrepreneurship, all over the shop, is that as
a culture, we've been conditioned to glorify the initiate in the accelerate phases of the cycle,
which is like that spring and summer energy. And we are totally neglecting, poo pooing, and
ignoring the refine and the integrate phases, which are just as important and have a role to play
to get you to operate at your peak efficiency.
Like this whole paradigm and and again, like probably if you zoom out, you can see the like
feminine and the masculine qualities, right? Can you see how like the spring and summer go go
go energy is very masculine, and the refine, the integrate is a little bit more feminine, a little bit
softer? And I'm not talking here about like men versus women or anything. I'm talking about
energy, okay? We all have male and female energetics within us, like the Yin and the Yang, the
Shiva and the Shakti, the light and the dark.
And when we only—it's out of balance when we only focus on the one and neglect the other, and
we don't give ourselves what we need in the other. That's what leads to burnout. That's what
perpetuates hustle culture. That's what creates unrealistic expectations and that constant feeling
of being behind.
And so, in my life in real time as we speak, one of the cycles of success that I teach in my back-
end membership, because it is a little bit more of an advanced teaching, you need to have a bit of
practice with this before you get introduced to it, but it is the concept of yantras. And it's a
specific calculation based on your date of birth that defines, first of all, like the yantra that you
were born here into. Like that is the cycle that dominates most of your life in this lifetime.
But then you also have specific years with a theme, and then every month has its own cycle as
well. And it is very individual, and it's truly so so powerful. Like I factor this into my planning, and
as I—whenever I look back at like my calendar and my plans, and like if you're watching this video
and you see me looking to the side, that's because I'm looking at my little—my little is not little, is
very big—my big ass calendar, um, on the side of the wall here.
I can see how I've literally been so in alignment with my yantras, these cycles of success, this
year.
So to give you a little taste of it, the fertile void, or like the the initiate phase, um, no sorry, the—
the integrate phase, that is that kind of wintertime energy when something's brewing and it's not
quite there yet, but it's it's it's almost there.
And as I look back late last year, late 2025, early January 2026, I completely pivoted in my
business. You know, like previously my niche was like burnout and stress management, and I was
kind of singing from the rooftops like how I'm a National Board-Certified Wellness coach and a
yoga teacher and do all the nervous system stuff, and it was amazing. And I've—I had amazing
client results.
However, I realised that like the people who I wanna help, who are busy, exhausted, burnt out,
running out of time, there was a slightly different way in which I could help them, which was
through leveraging my skills as the productivity, efficiency and planning queen.
And it was a bit of an ego death and rebirth situation. And I just chose to live into the question.
And there was just this period of time and uncertainty of like, oh, where to from here? I don't
know.
And after that came the initiate phase. And as I look back, that was sort of quarter one of of my
year, which is when I launched the first founding members launch of Efficiency Made Easy. You
know, it was the first time that offer came into the world. It was such a wild ride of just bringing
it, positioning it, launching it. I learned ads. Like there was just so much newness happening. I
was developing frameworks. I was there with like Post-it notes and mind maps and just like
brainstorming what the offer is gonna be. And and and that's literally what the initiate phase is
about.
And then the accelerate, that kind of visibility phase. Again, as I look at my little calendar based
on my yantras, it was kind of around quarter 2. That was sort of the time where I was delivering
on Efficiency Made Easy. I was, um, present in a lot of masterminds. I did 14 webinars in a month.
Like if there isn't something that's freaking accelerating invisibility, that's definitely it.
Um, and that was the energy of the season I was in at the time.
And then as we look into where we're right now, like quarter three, I'm in that refined phase. So I
had a lot of learnings that came through this process. I tested another offer. You know, those of
you who've been around for a while would have seen me test a time back hub. That kind of
unfortunately didn't move forward in the way that I had planned.
And at the time of the recording, I'm actually coming back around full circle into the integrate
phase. Because as it stands today, at the time of this recording, in my personal life in Yantra, I am
in the precipice between two cycles. So one cycle is ending and another one is beginning.
And this is the time for integration. This is the time to be in stillness, to live into the unknown, to
allow whatever is emerging to emerge when it does. Of course, I'm still taking action in the
background. You know, like I'm doing the podcast, I'm doing newsletters, I'm out on the socials,
I'm onboarding a new team member. Like things are happening beneath the surface. It's sort of
like that my cellular network. Things are priming and prepping themselves.
But like I don't know what's next. And that can feel really damn scary.
And the part of me that's conditioned to thrive in the initiate, in the accelerate phases, really
wants to resist the integrate phase. But I know that this is an important, vital part of the process.
Oh, and so I'm just letting myself be in in the unknown, as uncomfortable as it is, because I know
for a fact that come the month that this is gonna be airing, it's like we're already gonna be
coming into an initiatory energy. And so I'm like—You know what? I'm here for the ride. Let's go.
Let's see what happens.
So this is like a big picture view. I know I kind of—I wasn't planning to take this episode there. I
haven't really spoken about yentas before on the podcast. This is super advanced. I I don't even
teach this in like my base entry level program, just because it takes a level of um, awareness and
expertise to really master. Um, but stick around, you know, my world, and you'll definitely be
handed it on a silver platter because it's so powerful.
And that is only one of the cycles of success that you get to leverage. Like there are energetics
and cycles for everything. If you have a cycle in your day, your week, your month, your season,
your year, and even in your project. Every project has a cycle, and then within the project you
might have little sub-cycles as well, like those little milestones.
And as soon as you start to see your timeline in that circular way, rather than just a linear
process, you start to see that, oh, there isn't that lie of scarcity of linear thinking. It truly isn't on
linear because it, it it loops around. And the more you honour each phase that you are in, the
greater the rewards you reap when you're in the initiate and the accelerate phases.
So as much as like it might feel like you are just crawling out of your skin when you're like, I'm
resting and it's so—
I apologise. I totally lost my train of thought because what happened is I had another freaking
technology oopsie where my sound stopped recording. Thankfully, I picked it up because I've
learned my lessons, but Mercury retrograde is really getting to me.
And from memory, what I was telling you about was just how uncomfortable it is to rest. And it's
probably like the universe being like, yes Viktoria, you are on your cycle; thou shalt be resting
now, not recording podcast episodes. But I'm like, I'm the efficiency queen and I need to batch
record them before I take a month off. So here we are, hahaha.
See, this is the universe telling me off for not leveraging the cycles of success. So listen to the
universe. What is it? Do as I say, not as I do. No, I'm kidding. All is well. Um, I'm just joking with
you here.
But all that to say is just remember, it's really freaking hard to embrace what we've been taught is
bad and unproductive and it doesn't get you anywhere, which is that integrate and the refined
phase. But the more you actually embrace them, and the more you work with it and give yourself
the permission to do what needs to be done that phase, trust me, the results accelerate and
compound.
All of a sudden, what becomes possible for you in the initiate, in the accelerate phase, is 10 times
greater than what was possible for you before because you gave your body, mind and spirit, gave
the projects what you need.
And speaking of which, like this is evident everywhere. It's not just in your body, your weeks, your
months, your years, your quarters, your seasons, your life. All of it has a cycle. It's also your
projects. So your projects are gonna have a cycle, and within that there's different subsets. And
the better you integrate this into your system and like weave it into your planning formula, oh my
god, life gets so much more easier. It gets so much more fun because all of a sudden you are
working with the universe rather than against it, and that is an absolute game changer.
Now if you, like some of my listeners here, are thinking that your to do list, your business, your
job doesn't operate like this, and you're like, well that's nice for you Vik, but my business is just
constantly go go go, or my corporate job is just constantly go go go. There's no way I can slow
down. There's no way I can let myself integrate. Like you crazy girl. I get it. I see you. I hear you.
Because this, not too long ago, also felt like a really hard, Woohoo, abstract possibility for me.
And it can seem really challenging to envisage another possibility for you when all you've known
is just the hustle grind, go harder bro paradigm.
No matter where you're employed, no matter what your job, no matter what your business, no
matter your life circumstances, hear me when I say this: you have agency over how you use your
time. You have, maybe to a different degree and in different areas of your life, but there is a level
of your life where you have agency and influence over how you spend your precious time and
energy.
And that comes into planning. And my students know this. People who have attended my master
classes know this. I harp on this on and on and on. The better the quality of your plan, the better
the quality of your life.
So when you plan by leveraging the cycles of success, and you have the right structure and
systems to support you on that journey, which by the way is exactly what I teach inside Efficiency
Made Easy, then this becomes possible for you. Because it's about you and your personal
operating system and designing in a way that works with your life and schedule, rather than
trying to fit into someone else's mould.
So on that note, you know, if you are a game, I mean, I would love to teach this to you on a much
deeper level. I would love to help you implement this into your work, life and business. And so
Efficiency Made Easy is currently available only on a waitlist only basis. The link is in the show
notes below.
At the time of the recording of this episode, I cannot tell you the exact date when I will be
opening doors, but all I can tell you is that it's gonna be limited seeds, and only those on the
priority list will be the first to know when I do. So with that in mind, make sure that you get your
name on that list.
And I hope that you have enjoyed this episode that showed you how to leverage the cycles of
success in your work, life and business so that you can achieve more and less time. And if you
want more, I'm gonna link up a whole bunch of episodes where I speak on this subject as well
from like different angles and perspectives, like some more hormonal, some more like physical,
some more just like 3D productivity, so that you can start to see different ways in which you can
apply this into your life.
And once you're ready for more, join that Efficiency Made Easy priority list, because this is where
all the fun begins. This is where the rubber hits the road.
My friends, thank you so much for listening this week, and I am so excited to bring to you Lizeth
Lance next week. She is gonna join me on the podcast. She is a nutrition and health expert, and
we are gonna dive into all things food, well-being, emotional eating, the relationship that you
have with your body and what's on your plate, and how that actually translates into all other
areas of your life, including your achievements and how you perform on a day to day basis.
So I'll see you next week, and in the meantime, make sure you join that priority list and DM me
on Instagram for a chat if you've got any questions. You want to nerd out on this. I could speak
about this for days.
Thank you for being here. I'm so grateful for you. Bye for now.
