For years, I was the classic high-achiever: top grades, fast-track corporate career, always chasing the next win.
On the outside, it looked glossy; underneath, I was running on stress, crashing hard, and eventually facing severe burnout.

By learning to work with my body instead of against it, I created a sustainable planning framework that allowed me to launch a business, complete postgraduate study, pass my NB-HWC exam, and transition to part-time work… all with more energy and balance than ever before.
